Mr. Schilgen joins Quadrant as a manufacturer's representative to cover the same territory previously held by Wikar, comprising New England, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and eastern Pennsylvania.

Through most of his 20+ year career, Schilgen has been associated with suppliers of engineering plastic stock shapes and machined components. His field experience includes extensive work with plastics distribution and with OEM's in application development. He has also held various headquarters positions in marketing, sales and management with major shapes producers. He started his manufacturer's rep firm, Schilgen Sales Assoc., in 1997 and is based in Chester Springs, PA. Schilgen received his Bachelor's degree from Penn State University. He, his wife Kristin and their two children live in the Chester Springs area.

Ed Wikar, in his new position, is the primary liaison between Quadrant's North American commercial group and its global IT integration project team. In this role, he will fully concentrate on helping Quadrant design and apply a multi-million dollar investment in new IT technology to upgrading its sales and supply processes in North America.
